Have tried lamb ribs flare very quick,have you tried leg of salt march lamb {butterflyed} it's just great on a bbq takes about 1 1/2 hours I get mine from...http://www.edwardsofconwy.co.uk in Conwy it's lovely and sweet or rack of salt marsh lamb the best.

Just to say our local butcher is fantastic for T-bones pork fillet rack of lamb in fact the meat is just great go on try it prove me wrong i don't think so,sorry there name H.E.COWARDS of Frodsham Cheshire O ask for Sue.

Can anyone help
my spanish type bbq is a brick dome type which i had for about 8 years it has started to leak thought the brick work is there anything i can put over the bricks to stop this i beleave not to use fire cement? can anyone come up with any help please.

Thanks for the reply, I use only charcoal Ihad a brickie to build me a spanish hood type of BBQ and its great when its raining the food is not getting wet and I can watch it from inside the kitchen with my wine, cosco of cause thanks for that ,its my 64 in june so i'm doing hot smoked trout ...
