I'll try pouring the lit charcoal over unlit charcoal already in the pan. and then I wait for all the coal to light before cooking yes?

Best way to light Restaurant charcoal?
I've managed to get my hands on some of that very large lumpwood charcoal used by restaurants, the one in the 12kg big blue bag.
Just wanted to know if lighting it in a chimney starter was the best way to go?
My bbq is a large barrel type. Using BGE charcoal previously it usually took 2 chimneys ...
