We need to find wood for Saturday - can't seem to get a small bag of oak from anywhere - can anyone help please? - in the Sussex area

Hey Doc, just to make it clear, we were having a joke about Adie being a well dodgy geezer, we know and love him 8-) I agree Eddie it would have saved us a lot of time searching and to be fair Adie has been more than helpful in that respect and helped us out with some bits. We have not cooked any beef (other than brisket) and I won't comment on what you are attempting to do as such - except the chopped garlic MAY get stuck in your syringe - you may be better with garlic powder?? Others with more beef experience will soon be along with advice
