Robin, yes I think it is the smoke and grill. I had some quite good results with chicken but not so great with other things. It has gathered dust in the shed for a few years now. Thanks for your thoughts about the Weber.

Thanks. Yep I picked the Cypriot BBQ up off e bay a few years back. I cost a bit over £100 if I remember rightly.
