Hi all. I am a smoking starter. My newly delivered ProQ Frontier has been seasoned (twice, I am panicking a bit) and I am ready to go for the May Bank Holiday smoking session. Sausages and ribs bought and rub recipe for ribs sourced. Wish me luck.
