Chokka... Man tha looks lekker! I am going tohave to hav a go at this at some point.. Just need to get a smokern now as doing it in my webber just does nto cut it!

How did the shoulder go in the smoker? I use my Webber, but saw an excellent conversion kit for a Webber to make it a proper smoker... :D considering getting it...

Chokka, What wood do you use for a Braai here in the UK? I usually buy my wood from these guys http://www.braaiwooduk.com/ it starts ...

Hey Keith,

Sorry buddy for the late reply... Your suggestion is excellent!! I am trying to speak to ASDA about this as I need them to invoice my squadron to arrange payment. Like you said we will be catering on family days ect so a 6 burner is ideal! :D

Just like when I grill. They appear from nowhere with their own tongs and random meat salts. They then disregard all their braai etiquette let alone my barbecue etiquette. I am the tongmaster, meatlayer and if anythings getting pricked I'll be the one to do it! :p I mean welcome.

:lol: Ja, hey this is so true.... A Braai is like a drug to us saffers :shock: we are instantly attracted to a fire and all feel the natural urge to take over and educate the world :lol: And as for salt... No chop is a chop without some braai salt on it :twisted:

Ja, hey Im not a gas guy either, however for the sake of simplicity the squadron requires a gas BBQ... :o So will do something I never thought I would do and buy one!!
