I would like to to say a big thank you to Toby for helping me with choice of smoker. Having taken up most his day on Wednesday discussion what my options were and how to make best use of a smoker I finally succumbed to my instincts and purchased one from him.

Thank you for your advice, I really welcome your expertise and I'm surprised at the speedy responses. I think I assumed forums were very slow in responding. There seems to be a wealth of knowledge in the members here and I'm certain that we will be asking many more questions in the near future ...

Is it safe to assume then these units are all genuine and that any issues are purely administrative?

Also if anyone else can advise on which units they use it would greatly help us.
