Thanks everyone - the seller (Garden Pride in Ditchling) was very understanding. They replaced my unit with their display unit and gave me another 20% off plus a free recipe book. I'd already got 20% off so a very good deal in the end, although it all means it's too late to cook for tonight

I have just taking delivery of a WSM but have an issue with the assembly. When it arrived, the heat shield had no holes for the legs. Rather than attempt a DIY job, I returned to the place I bought it from and they swapped the heat shield from their display model ...
