Fresh jalapeño

Got some large red chillis in the end from sainsburys two in a pack for 50p. Next time I will head to wing wah chinese supermarket in Birmingham and see how much they are there.

Anyway the pack said they were medium heat but as with all chillies you never can tell and they were quite fiery, but stuffed with some cream cheese, cheddar, chopped onion and chorizo wrapped in bacon then smoked for about 90 minutes they turned out great...
