Farenheit vs Celcius

My Thermapen reads in celcius and I have to say I already rely on it's honesty.
My WSM, not so accurate, can be read in either, with farenheit more prominent.
The Maverick can also be read in either.

My challenge is pretty much all the recipes, vids and advice are in farenheit but my most reliable piece of kit is celcius.

Can I change my Thermapen and live totally in a farenheit world or is there a real (and I mean real) easy way to convert in my head, to avoid me having to get a degree in temperature conversion? "Degree in temperature conversion", do you see what I did there

Where the battery is kept in the back of the thermapen there are some switches and one of these changes it from C to F there is an old post on here with a photo of it as i asked the same question.

I'll have a look to see if i can find it.

It's good for the health department so they can understand the temps but when I'm cooking at home i be needin' the big ol F's to understand while half asleep.

Am i right in thinking that you'll be gertting a new one next weekend as i belive all the Grillstock teams will be given on toi use.

Just remember to flick the switch over when you first get it and you should be fine.

Thanks everyone.
I'm now a farenheit kid.
