Hiya Everyone.
Loving the Forums so decided to join
Basically i have been BBQ Grilling for years, but have started to get interested in smoking and indirect cooking.
I have a Weber one touch Premium BBQ
This weekend i am going to attempt cooking a Pork Crackling joint will this work ok on the BBQ?
I have contacted my butcher and ordered a Pork Butt for next time but i need to give a weeks notice, So will have to use what i have got for now.
I am going to give it a good dry rub and cook for about 5 hours does this seem ok? i will give it a spray of apple juicy every Hour.
Any Tips would be great.
