Hi From the far East ( North East London)

Have been a Chef for the last 30 years and travelled the world , originally trained at Westminster College 10 years before Jamie Someone!

Found this site , had a look around its brilliant . Never joined a site before and although I have cooked BBQ in many different countries,looks like there is a raft of knowledge floating around I can make use of.

Do a little smoking at home mainly Cold so happy to learn more
