Hi, my name is Adie, I have played at BBQ for sometime now.

made some fantastic friends at competitions and look forward to the season ahead. As I say its been a while, but i'm looking for help with chicken, ribs, brisket and pork butt.

I want to better my place last year and despreately need some help.

Welcome to the forum, there used to be another guy on here with a Jambo just like yours As I'm sure many will be quick to point out I can't help you with improving your game due to not having competed with the society but if you're looking for a taster just give me a shout, I can certainly tell a good rib from a bad one and don't even get me started on butts!
