Hello from Reading!

I love BBQ'ing and recently got into low n slow smoking after purchasing a smoker. I have been looking for a forum that has a wealth of knowlege of all things BBQ and it looks like iv found it. Although im new to the smoking game i have read a lot especially on the scientific side of how meat changes during a low n cook, so i hope to learn a lot from people here and maybe one day know enough to give some advice. Till then il keep practising. Ryan

you're right, there are plenty of experts on here that are only too pleased to share their knowledge and help us 'less experienced' folk.
