Hi All,

Been looking around for about a week, thought i ought to join and say hello.
i've been grilling for quite a while but decided to get a smoker a pro q frontier.
made a few mistakes on the first cook (a chicken) so searched for some info, which is how i came across this site.
already pick up lots of useful tips so looking forward to trying again this saturday with some ribs, any tips are more than welcome
