Just a word to say I served a batch of the frozen pulled pork today. It's came out of the freezer yesterday, and defrosted for 24 hours in the fridge. Then it was brought quickly up to temperature in my kitchen oven, before being added to a Traeger full of smoked burgers and franks, ready for serving.

I felt it needed a little more sauce, after defrosting, so I cheated and added half a bottle of Newman's sauce, and a good slug of cider vinegar. I realise Newman's may not be to everyone's taste, but the pork tasted great, and went down with my guests a treat. Next time I freeze pork, I will make sure there is lots of sauce in there.
