I sometimes use it in place of chilli powder if I want to give somethung a kick.
BTW, don't but it from Amazon - that price is a rip off. Less than £2 a tin at Sainsbury's, it's usually either with the other herbs and spices, or in the 'posh' section.

I gree - that is a great brand. Tesco used to sell the smoked sweet variety, but no longer you can get it in large 750g this too.
Sainsbury's in Huddy is the same. I think you can get it online, though.
I get 1 kg bags of paprika and smaller bags of other spices from the Asian supermarkets on Brick Lane for a couple of quid. Since Paprika is the major ingredient in a lot of rub recipes and is used a lot for colour I don't understand the point of purchasing a premium smoked product when I'm going to be smoking the meat I put it on anyway (usually with a diffrerent flavour wood).

Depends the kind of paprika you want. The stuff fom the Asian shops is usually not sweet paprika.
