How good is the 57cm Grillstream? It seems that whilst it might replace the steel / chrome griddle on the Weber, it loses the point of indirect / direct cooking. Presumably, the Grillstream means constant direct cooking? I've seen them priced at £49 which seems a lot as an alternative to moving food around a 2 or 3 zone cooking surface.
