Hi all

Just joined the world of smoking as of Saturday just gone. Bought myself a WSM 57cm and have smoked a (failed) butt and 2 good racks of ribs on it.

Keith, Just seen you live in Stevenage. I lived in Cheshunt til i was 21 and then moved onto Biggleswade and then Langford before moving to Leeds last year. I always thought I could smell bbq smoke coming from down the A1 when I lived back down that way
