It might be a bit late to say but when serving brisket cut the meat against the grain to make for easier eating.

Only if they've already eaten it :lol: That said the way you cut the meat has a massive effect on how easy it is to eat so even if it is too late in this case it's something to remember for next time!

it just pulled apart , but thanks for the advise :D thats the first time id had a go at brisket it came out ok (i think ) but having never eaten any before iv got nothing to compaire to .
