For charcoal now that the summer is over you will need to find a supplier online. Good choices are Supagrill briquettes, either normal or ideally Cocoshell, available from coals2u, minimum order £50 but no postage costs. Another option is bar-be-quick from planet barbecue, failing that BigK there's a few online sellers of this, for the right quantity BigK will also deliver direct. If it's lump you want then try Liverpool wood pellets, again bulk is best. I would suggest with your smoker you stick with briquettes as they are less susceptible to temperature spikes.
