Thanks for sharing this review, as it's one i hadn't seen.
I was helping Andy @ Ribstock and i can say that the ribs weren't brinded or marinated in anyway. They were just rubbed, smoked and glazed.

Another little review of the ribs from Ribstock.
Interesting to see the views & scores from a chef with BBQ experience compared to the general public. Maybe the masses (outside of brighton) aren't ready for ready BBQ
