Temp gauge placement in a new UDS build

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Ok

Not one to shy away from controversy or something new i am currently sampling Said "Cidre", initial thoughts are ok quite fruity but missing a true cider apple taste. In a blindfold test you wouldn't be able to tell it was cider....my second impression is that it isn't...!

Label states "Crisp refreshing Belgian cider made with hand-picked apples (50%)", what the hell's the other 50% then? that's it for the list of ingredients apart from "Contains sulphites for freshness"

I have resisted this for some time now but gotta ask, what are sulphites......is it a warning that i should't ignore or is it something harmless........com'on cyderpig help me out here. :?:

Hi Gazz
The are used to keep the beverage clear instead of cloudy through natural sediment produced in the brewing/fermenting process.
