Not one to shy away from controversy or something new i am currently sampling Said "Cidre", initial thoughts are ok quite fruity but missing a true cider apple taste. In a blindfold test you wouldn't be able to tell it was cider....my second impression is that it isn't...!
Label states "Crisp refreshing Belgian cider made with hand-picked apples (50%)", what the hell's the other 50% then? that's it for the list of ingredients apart from "Contains sulphites for freshness"
I have resisted this for some time now but gotta ask, what are sulphites......is it a warning that i should't ignore or is it something harmless........com'on cyderpig help me out here.
