It's a minor point but don't forget to claim back the difference in shipping and of course the day's wages lost by having to take Wednesday off at short notice.

Surely he cannot open a parcel that was not addressed to him. For me this would be an unacceptable invasion of privacy.

Well guys, believe it or not, they never delivered my BBQ and I now have to wait until tomorrow...
Fortunately, through work I have access to Companies House and now have the address for Alistair Cochrane, Managing Director TNT Express Services UK & Ireland - shitty letter will be composed in the coming days.
Fingers crossed there will be a positive outcome tomorrow and I can crack on with grilling!
