Does cutting affect moistness in anyway? could be vanity but i was looking forward to presenting my + foot long pork

Your foot long pork (the mind boggles - we are talking BBQ aren't we :lol: ) Cutting won't affect moistness, that's all down to the cook.

Just to let you all know BBQ went down a real
Treat, everyone loved it.
It smoked all night on the proq, it was working so well and there was little wind so I thought why not.
Used the oven for an hour in a big clay pot which helped get it 190+
End result was pork just falling apart, moist and a great bark. Couldn't have been more happy with thr results.
