Not that it ever needs it but I second Phil's comments I "cut" mine with 1/3 of their seafood rub, as recommended by the BR team.

I live just down the road from you, near Nailsea.
If you want some smoking woods, I can help you out for that 1st smoke.
Have Plum, Apple, Chestnut, Acacia and some oak chips,.
