My thermapen seems to be set on celsius, can I set it to fahrenheit ? Looked through instructions, did'nt seem to give that option.

MMmm pulled pork!! Today we cooked, chicken, ribs and asda quality rolled brisket - the rubs and chicken yum yum brisket must try harder - reluctant to cook toby's brisket until we get smaller cuts right :?

Still unsure on the thermapen front, want one, really want one  but want to get it right and for the right price :D
