Pretty much all grilling for me: beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, a chicken on the rotisserie. Will smoke a ham for sandwiches at night/boxing day. Have a good Christmas everyone

You are all cooking some seriously tasty food - oven baked or BBQ'd! Yum yum.
Our turkey is in the oven as I type... Bro-in-law visits us just before New Year and I am smoking a Pork Butt and a few racks of ribs.
Took delivery of some new charcoal a couple of days back!
Enjoy the food today and do not forget to drink plenty as well.

My sentiments entirely, except of course when juggling hot coals on the BBQ
