Beef Brisket is slowly smoking for my second cook on the UDS. Mothers day dinner BBQ style ! :D

Well the Brisket smoked for 6 hrs and rested for over an hour in the cool box, turned out perfect, moist,tender and juicy, Very happy with it :D

At least you've corrected it now. You know you're going to have to double up on beers opened with it to make up for lost time though yeah ;)

I know I know I know :oops: I was suffering with 'pre-smoked Meat excitable syndrome' finishing the UDS and neglected the bottle opener, I had a couple of beers this afternoon to start catching up immediately :) I bought two so put the other one on the side of my brick built BBQ Grill so I can lean to which ever is nearest to conserve energy for eating more bbq food lol ;)

I think that, based on the ingenuity of adding one to your brick built bbq, you should be awarded the honour of allowing a couple of forum members the chance to try them out, along with your brisket, ribs, chicken, pork etc. etc. ;) :lol:
