All Weather Griller wrote:They have some great ingredients for rubs - garlic powder, onion powders, paprika's, etc. I also like the Rib Eye's from my Bookers.
We have struggled to buy bulk onion powder in our bookers

Any thoughts on how Booker compare to Makro in terms of picking up large quantities of ribs? Or does it vary from branch to branch?

I prefer the Frecarn meaty ribs from Booker to what I've had from Makro in the past. But it may vary by branch, I don't know.

i have been burnt a couple of times, now they are a sponsor, I have to get to know how much people will use them before joining them up under the British BBQ Society, thinking a minimum amount of posts on here will help too.

We do have Makro and I have access to a card.
Any views on their offerings meat wise and fuel wise?

I would pick up charcoal on a monthly basis, 10 to 20 bags at a time at this time of year. Meat monthly, herbs + spices as needed but likely every couple of months or so. We also pick up things like big bags of teabags, toilet rolls, tin foil etc... so normally end up spending £100 to £150 per trip which is at least, do I qualify?
