Oh Adie, what you will do for a day off - You blamed the weather????
I recon, If the whole country knew you were stoking up a storm - they would have made it!!! - I would have walked to yours for one of those beef ribs.

They came out fantastic, very tender and loads of flavour. They went with a basket of winter veg.
I see you have a great gig coming up. Do you fly all your equipment out there?
