ProQ Frontier and IQ110 - Set up tips?

So I just opened the box on my new shiny IQ110. Any hints and tips on how to get it set up and working properly on a ProQ Frontier?
I did notice on my last cook that the pit was a bit "leaky" with smoke escaping from doors and between the stackers. The manual with the IQ seems to think that this is a bit of an issue.
Cheers.

I've not used an IQ although i'm familiar with other forced draft systems and can't see the IQ being any different to what i've got.
The way that i setup my cookers when using my stoker or guru is i fill up the charcoal basket with unlit charcoal then using a chimney starter light a quater of the starter and pour ontop of the hot coals. Put the stackers on and close up the top vent on the lid so it's only 1/3 open (This will help with temprature swings). Turn on the pit controller and set your target temp'. Using the pit controller to bring it upto temp'. Let it run until the BBQ stops smoking before you put any meat on, normally i do all of this 2hrs before i want to start cooking.
Add wood for smoking through the door as needed and then go to bed and get some sleep.
Don't worry too much about the leaks coming out of the doors and sides i've never found this to be an issue with my ProQ.

What Ed said, the only difference is trying to use a heat proof silicon sealant to get a better seal on the door.

I've found that using the minion method is best with my Pro Q 20 and IQue 110
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcTxPMdMXN8. I've had my Q for a while and the leaks over time seal themselves. You should have had some sliver tape sent to you with your 110. Try and get some of this from B&Q as that will help in the meantime.

Just thought I'd post a quick update on progress. I've run four cooks with the setup now. For the first three, I used water in the pan and I never felt that the IQ was in control of the temps at all. They were all over the place and I was forever opening and closing vents. I was on the verge of sending the thing back as not fit for purpose. Before ditching it however I tried using two large clay saucers in place of water in the pan and the difference was like night and day. With the saucers, the thing behaved like a domestic oven. I could dial it up and down as I liked and the real kicker for me was a ring full of Heat Beads with half a chimney of lit beads over the top held 230F +/- 10F for 13 hours !!!!
