Can anyone tell me please if there is such a place that sells Brazing Rods and can post them,I have been trying to get hold of some in Cornwall to do a bit of work to my BBQ but cannot get any that are Flux Coated, all I have got so far is a lot of wrong info as to what Brazing rod is good for this kind of job.I will be brazing the surround on the BBQ hatch to keep heat and smoke in the drum,I have two Oil Drums to convert and most of the work I will be doing Myself, the shelf guides etc. well I will be if I can get some rods to do the job with.
Went into Aldi yesterday and bought a neat little Digital BBQ Meat Thermometer and it was only £12 99p,was well pleased with that.
Hopefully will get into the beginning of my build this week as I have to pick up all the steel for the stand, now this is where I could do with some imput as well, would it be better to weld/Braze the four corner posts directly to the barrel or to make the stand and sit the drum in it so to speak, not sure which way to go with that part as I have heard some good some bad advice on both methods so any advice would be most helpful,Many Thanks All.

Looks like screwfix sells them, and you have a couple of them in cornwall. Just do a search on there web site.
