Ribs for the first time

Hi All,

I'm looking at trying some ribs for this first time over the bank holiday weekend, weather permitting of course! In part, this has been inspired by the awesome ribs I tried at Grillstock this year!

So I phoned the butchers today, and they've told me I have two options, King Ribs (£6.30/Kg) or Spare ribs (£5.99/Kg)... I'd never heard of King ribs before, but which is best? and are the prices good?

Answers on a babyback please :)

I think king ribs will still have the belly on them and it wouldn't of been what you tasted at Grillstock. Stick with spare ribs or babbybacks (loin ribs). Just going through a rib testing session at the moment, looks like I'll be cooking them tonight, tommorow and sunday. Poor me!!

Cheers Eddie, I think I'll go for the Spare ribs in that case! :D
