Hello all after watching BBQ Pitmasters I have gone out and got myself a bullet smoker and a few books I can't wait to try it out !i have joined up here so hopefully I can pick up some tips along the way

Welcome. Which smoker did you buy? Watch Tobys videos on the forum as they were a brilliant early learning session for me.

I have gone for the ProQ Frontier although now thinking I should have gone for a WSM
