Hi all, im Sam. Ive been a bbq enthusiast since I was about ten years old and am now turning that in to a career. I am in the process of starting a classic American bbq stall serving pulled pork, smoked brisket and ribs, top burgers and even some good old fasioned bangers smoked with hickory, I also hand make all my own rubs and sauces.
I came accross this site by accident but love what I have seen so far, there aremso many bbq lovers out there, juat a shame most of my family cant get as excited by it as I do haha
