Hi, after many years of using charcoal in the UK I emigrated to NZ and learnt to cook with what I been told was the enemy - gas! 5 years later I've returned to the UK and have a gas BBQ and picked up lots of fish recipes etc. the names Paul and looking forward to contributing.

Welcome along. It seems people are open to all type of grilling and BBQ on here so suggest away. I think you will find a fair few people like me have a smoker and a gas grill.
