Hi folks this has probably been asked before I am doing a uds build and gathering the other bits n pieces needed for smoking meat and need a probe temp gauge preferably a digital one that can be pushed into the meat after its been foiled and put back to reach the required internal temp so the temp gauge would need a long enough lead so as it will reach outside my uds .
one last thing guys I am on a very tight budget like a lot of us so value for money is very important also I live in the uk so could you recommend stuff that's available in the uk

I had one of these for a while, it's not wireless and only had one probe but it works just the same and you can set alarms.
