Thanks for the replies guys. I'll take your advice and have a look through the forum for some ideas. Think I will try a pork shoulder when I get the BBQ out next and see how it goes. Will have a look for some ideas for side dishes as well. It just gets a bit boring doing the same thing all the time ...
