Only if they've already eaten it That said the way you cut the meat has a massive effect on how easy it is to eat so even if it is too late in this case it's something to remember for next time!
it just pulled apart , but thanks for the advise thats the first time id had a go at brisket it came out ok (i think ) but having never eaten any before iv got nothing to compaire to .
