Just got an e-mail that my new baby has been shipped.
£142 (p&p incl) from Garden & Leisure. A bargain me thinks and even better, the Boss has said she will pay for it as my Christmas present.
Double result.
It will look very well beside the WSM.
Also ordered No 2 son one for christmas. He has shown a big interest in BBQ since I got the WSM.
Will he need any accessories to be able to try a "One-Touch smoke" eg. those little side "pockets" to keep the charcoal at the side and does the flip up sides grate come as standard with the one-touch?
Plan to smoke the Christmas Dinner turkey but will use the trusted WSM and save the first one-touch cook to the new year.

Result. Regarding the one tough question the baskets, hinged grate and thermometer only come on the premium, they can all be bought separately but will cost more in the long run, the biggest plus with the premium though in my opinion is the ash catcher.
