Just had an email from Paul Goulden, he's sending my wood on Monday and doesn't want paying till I've recieved and checked it. What a great guy, his service is brilliant :D

Apparantly he's only ever been let down once using this system as to the Oak, yes it was strong, NOT inedible just "different".

Thing with service like that is a sure way of attracting more business as i've already told my bbq fraternity mates and I'll definatley be using him for my wood supplies from now on.

Today I got my wood delivered from Paul Goulden, three boxes of Oak, Cherry and a Hickory/Apple mixture for £30 including carriage, absolute bargain and tomorrow my WSM gets delivered. Am I excited or what :D
