Hi,
I was wondering if anybody could recommend a good butcher in Brighton who knows all the cuts for smoking already - i usually use archers for normal cooking, but whilst they are amazing for the best organic, well sourced etc meat, they aren't cheap and i'm thinking that for my first few cooks, i should probably mess up something a bit more affordable!
