Ultimate BBQ Class April 28th - Ray Lampe aka Dr BBQ

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Anyone booked up their place yet? I'm still scheduled to be away with work but would be really interested to hear the tales from those that go

We've got 20+ signed up for the class but I don't think anyone that hangs out here is going to make it.

I just learned that the folks who are shipping some American Prime briskets over for me made a mistake and sent 8 cases instead of 8 briskets. The good news is that as long as the ship and the truck arrive everyone who's signed up will get one to take home! How's that for a lovely parting gift!

See you soon,

Ray

That's excellent about the brisket, makes it even more of a shame I can't make it, I would imagine we'll pass each other over the Atlantic, will have to catch up at Grillstock. Any interest in doing a ceramic master class in the UK at some point this year??

The Creekstone briskets have some nice fat running through them. Ray i appreciated the contact, and although it was a bit mental in Vegas and I had to fly back early I called Christine to thank her. Hope the class goes well.

Much obliged bencops, didn't feel confident enough to go, thought it best for more experienced pitmasters rather than pitminders ;)
Plenty of pics please if Ray allows it of course.

I take it Cuan isn't going then, given that he was trying to get Ribstock tickets.

I'll be interested to know how you find it.

We're just going to start the big meats early Ben but we'll have raw meat as well and just do kind of a switch out so you'll see it all.
