Utube is great for teaching low and slow, it's free as well :) . But the pit boys have got loads of recipes on there. I like the way they eye ball their ingredients and the rusty knives always make me chuckle :D :D .

i think you will do fine,it takes time to learn,the video by the bbqpit boys is fine i have it on my website also.
