Hi everyone just found this forum. I'm new to the world of BBQ low & slow smoking. I've been into outdoor living, bushcraft, ditch oven cooking and home brew cider for ages but last year I built my own charcoal smoker. This year I've even started to make my own oakwood charcoal and I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can from you guys on here. Please forgive me if I ask a stupid question from time to time (like is there pub bars or BBQ's we meet at?)
Thanks
Ian
