Any one have recommendations for books or DVD's on BBQ'ing. Like any cooking subject always plenty to choose from but it's knowing which are any good.
I'm more thinking of a howto guide IE covers meat/food prepartion and setting grill up properly rather than just recipies.
Particularly interested in what you can do with a Gas Grill and how I can make the most of my Weber Spirit but also interested in dedicated smoker as read some interested posts on here and may see if I can get a WSM or similar for my birthday.
Would also be interested in a work shop to fast track my skill. I see Weber do some day classes but are they any good or just a means to sell you more kit.
Alan.

Try your hand at Youtube, the real nuggets are hidden in the dross, and you'll end up listening to some really weird tunes but there are good articles on setting up various grills.
