Hi All,
I'm Lee and I'm in Basingstoke. Love the taste of BBQ food and until now have just been grilling. Recently got a kettle BBQ and really interested in trying smoking.
Found this forum after a bit of a google on how to go about slow cooking a beef joint and generally getting used to vents and contolling the heat without grill height adjustment. Seems like a great resource with a lot of experience and knowledge, so thought I'd sign up.
Looking forward to (hopefully) learning a lot
