Hello from Reading!
I love BBQ'ing and recently got into low n slow smoking after purchasing a smoker. I have been looking for a forum that has a wealth of knowlege of all things BBQ and it looks like iv found it. Although im new to the smoking game i have read a lot especially on the scientific side of how meat changes during a low n cook, so i hope to learn a lot from people here and maybe one day know enough to give some advice. Till then il keep practising. Ryan
